Ordering Online
Please take all the time you need to browse through our website, adding items to your shopping cart as you go. When you’ve finished browsing and you’ve added everything you want to your shopping cart, please proceed to the checkout.
Checkout
At the checkout you’ll be asked if you are a returning customer or a new customer. If you’re a returning customer, just enter your e-mail address and password and you’ll move to the next stage with all your stored information appearing on your order.
If you are a new customer you will be requested to complete a short list of details, which will help us to process and ship your order. These details will be securely kept for future orders, making your return shopping experience quicker and easier. Once you’ve registered your details with us you will be entitled to receive special offers, previews and new releases by e-mail before they are released to the general public. You’ll also be given special access to clearance and limited-stock special pricing by members-only e-mail.
Your Order
Your order, complete with shipping to your chosen destination, will be displayed for you to confirm. If you choose to pay by credit card you will prompted to enter your card details and accept the listed charges. When you accept this total price your credit card will be automatically debited with that amount.
When paying by credit card your order will be shipped within the next two working days and any items not in stock will be placed on back-order.
Should you prefer not to enter your credit card details on our secure website, you can always call us on 8 9409 4058 and one of our friendly and efficient people will take your details over the phone. If you choose to pay by direct deposit (EFT), you will be shown our bank account details for you to make your payment.
When paying by direct deposit (EFT) your order will be shipped within 2 working days of your payment appearing in our bank account and any items not in stock will be placed on back-order and notify you of the ETA.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped by Australia Post Express Bag, for all small and/or lightweight items and by TNT Road Freight for larger and bulkier items.In most cases your online order will default to the appropriate freight method for the item(s) in your order.
Should you have any questions regarding the costs or the method of freight, please contact us BEFORE placing your online order. You can use this information at any time to see your order before and after it has been sent.
When we ship your order you’ll receive another e-mail (to the same e-mail address) telling you when your order was dispatched, the freight company and the consignment number of your order.
